ZT FR Coverall Fit Harness (GO/RT Available)

Worn in the same manner as a normal coverall, the new FR Rated harness provides the wearer with full comfort and durability, superior fall protection and the latest technology in flame retardant solutions.

The harness is fully protected inside a range of FR Rated Garments providing protection in line with EN531, EN ISO 11612:2008, EN1149-5:2008 whilst employing the superior ZT Fall Arrest Gaiter system to reduce the impact trauma to the groin area and the overall body.

Combining the strenght of kevlar with the comfort and durability of pyrovatex, the FR Harness is the fall arrest harness for offshore and steel workers looking for the kit to allow them to complete their work comfortably and in the knowledge that they are protected.

  • Step 1

    Step into trouser section of the coverall

  • Step 2

    Pull arms into coverall ensuring the harness webbing is correctly in place over the shoulder

  • Step 3

    Connect Belt strap or buckle

  • Step 4

    Depress ZT Clip Buckle on the left and clip into ZT Hook

  • Step 5

    Adjust shoulder buckles to the correct fit; when correctly fitted, the ZT Clip Buckle should rest on the sternum

  • Step 6

    Close Coverall Zip ensuring both of the lanyard connection points exit the coverall in the slots provided. ZT Standard fit harness (2) is supplied in trousers, place shoulder through webbing section and close ZT Clip buckle

  • Step 7

    Attach Karabiner to each of the connection points and use the correct lanyard or arrest block for application following an appropriate risk assessment
